BLOOD GLUCOSE/SUGAR :- It is the main sugar found in blood. The body gets the glucose from the food we eat. blood glucose levels increased or decreased according to our sugar intake.This sugar is an important source of energy & provides nutrients to the body's organs, muscles, and nervous system but when the blood sugar or blood glucose levels increased or decreased from the normal range then it causes problems.
